受傷後,真的不容易完全恢復。

我一直用登山在訓練登山,一直用不斷的攀登來復健我曾經癱瘓的左腳。
I've been training myself by mountaineering, using continue trekking or climbing to rehabilitate my left foot that was once paralyzed.
有時過多的運動,除了髖骨會疼痛、筋緊縮,左腳踝控制能力較差以外,我自認在登山時已經可以“平均”的使用兩腳。至少能讓我自在的爬山。
Sometimes when I excessive exercise, I will hip pain, muscle contraction, but except poor control of the left ankle, I think that I can use both feet "on average" when climbing. At least let me climb the mountain freely.
但是全真瑜伽給了我機會去嘗試健身房中“針對性”的訓練。
教練指導下,教我使用一些器材,我才發現左腳能承受運動的重量,竟然整整少了右腳40公斤!?
右腳能輕松做出的動作,左腳只能吃力顫抖的完成。
我才發現之前這條左腳,至今仍與右腳落差甚大,實際上每次登山,都是右腳無意的幫助左腳,甚至可能讓右腳承擔過重。
But True Yoga gave me the opportunity to try "targeted" training in the gym.
Under the guidance of the coach, I use some equipment, and I found that my left foot could withstand the weight of the exercise, lower than my right foot even 40 kg different!
some motion the right foot can easily move,but the left foot can only be done with trembling.
I just found out that the left foot was still very different from the right foot. In fact, every time I climb the mountain, the right foot unintentionally helps the left foot, and may even make the right foot overuse.
看來我有空還是要多來做做“針對性”的訓練…
雖然我總是很難逼迫自己固定練習一件事情,但幸好這裏除了器材,還有各種瑜伽課程可以選擇,每次都可以做一些不同變化,來混個一個下午都不是問題。
It seems that I still have to do more "targeted" training when I have time ...
Although it is always difficult for me to force myself to practice same thing, fortunately, here have not only equipment, but also various yoga courses to choose from, that I can make some different training every time.
